  The first rule of thumb in Nassau County homes for sale in the fall is to make everything cozy. With the crisp feeling of fall in the air, focus your staging on extra touches like throw blankets and pillows, throw rugs to warm up cold floors, and warm fall colors. Create an atmosphere where your buyer can envision themselves curling up with a book and a blanket on a cool autumn day.

If you're still working from home today, you may or may not have ever gotten around to upgrading your home office setup. It's hard to remember that we're no longer "making do" and it's time to upgrade to something that just works.    When your home is also your office, don't forget you have full control over the tech and accessibility you have there. One convenient and easy upgrade to consider is replacing all of your outlet covers so that you have the ability to plug USB devices into the wall to charge.
